1. Returns

  • You may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.


2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Please note that shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.


3. Exchanges

  • Need a different size, color, or style? No problem! You can request an exchange within 30 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired product is unavailable, you may choose a refund instead.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at floppersOnline@outlook.com with photos of the issue.

  • We will replace the item free of charge or issue a full refund.


5. Shipping Returns

6. Late or Missing Refunds
